Cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, RVs, boats and fleet vehicles. Tell us the year, make, model and title status, and the review starts from there.

Start My Vehicle Review

Most vehicle reviews come down to three facts: what the vehicle is, who holds the title, and where it sits right now. Give us those and the rest moves quickly. Vehicle gifts are handled only through an authorized processing workflow, and nothing about towing, pickup coverage, acceptance or paperwork timing is promised here before that workflow confirms the terms that apply to your vehicle.

What happens after you submit

Your description goes to the review team, and where an authorized vehicle processor handles the category, it is routed to that processor for a decision. Vehicle gifts are accepted only through an authorized processing workflow, and only the processor's confirmed terms apply to your vehicle. Nothing about acceptance, pickup or paperwork timing is promised before that confirmation.

Title is the thing that decides most reviews

A clear, transferable title in the owner's name is ordinarily required. If the title is lost, your state motor vehicle agency issues replacements, and starting that request early usually saves the most time. If a lender holds the title, we need the lender's name and a payoff figure. A salvage or rebuilt brand does not automatically end a review, but it changes what is possible.

Transport and pickup

Transport is arranged only by an authorized processor, only for a vehicle that has been accepted, and only on the terms that processor confirms for your location. We do not advertise free towing, nationwide pickup or a pickup window, because those terms belong to the processor configuration and not to a web page.

Condition and non-running vehicles

Vehicles that do not start are still reviewed. Condition, location and the cost of moving the vehicle all bear on whether a gift can be accepted responsibly. Describing the problem plainly helps far more than a hopeful description does.

Where the value goes

Eligible net charitable proceeds from accepted vehicle gifts may support approved Commissary Grant programs involving commissary assistance, books, education, family connection and reentry. No fixed percentage or guaranteed amount is promised for any individual vehicle.

Receipts and your deduction

Any acknowledgment or tax form is issued by the accepting workflow under the rules that apply to it, and the timing is set by that workflow rather than by us. Mustard Farms never values your deduction and does not give tax advice. Your own adviser handles that question.

Information the review requires

  • Year, make and model.
  • VIN, and the odometer reading if the vehicle has one.
  • Title status: in hand and in your name, lost, salvage, or held by a lender.
  • Whether it runs and drives, and any known mechanical or body damage.
  • Current location, including whether it is in a garage, storage lot or impound.
  • A pickup contact and the hours that person can be reached.
