What we do
Mustard Farms reviews proposed gifts of farms, ranches, camps, vehicles, aircraft, houses, commercial buildings, businesses, church property, hotels and other substantial assets. Accepted gifts may be retained for approved charitable use or responsibly disposed of. Approved resources may support CommissaryGrant.com programs involving commissary assistance, books, education, family connection and reentry.
How we work
We move deliberately. A gift that would burden a charity with debt, liability or costs it cannot carry is not a gift that helps anyone. So we ask direct questions early, involve qualified professionals where the asset requires it, and put every acceptance in writing.
What we will not do
- We do not promise acceptance, a deduction or a deduction amount.
- We do not promise a fast closing, debt relief or free towing.
- We do not promise a specific use of proceeds.
- We do not value a donor's deduction.
- We do not publish testimonials, impact figures or completed gifts we cannot document.
Organizational and tax information
Our incorporated legal name, EIN, tax-status statement, state charitable registrations and donation-deductibility language are pending authorized documentation and are not published here yet. Until they are, please do not rely on any assumption about tax treatment; your own adviser should be your source.
